Good for the very small price. Wish it has stakes or something that actually go into the ground. Easy to set-up, but doesn't sit well in very windy conditions.

Picked this up about 3 years ago thinking that at the price I'm paying, it won't last more than 2-3 outings at best. We'll after probably more than 20+ outings to the beach, it's held up great and we are still using it.
It's not as big as some of the other ones, but then again you are not paying $70+ for it. You can either stake it down or use the sand pockets at the bottom. It's perfect for 2 people sitting up. So don't expect to be fitting your family of 4 in there. But at the price, pick up 2 or 3!
It is very light weight and fairly easy for 1 person to setup.
